  • Bai Zhu (Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae) Tonifies Spleen, augments Qi, dries Dampness, promotes water metabolism. Combinations: With Fu Ling and Zhi Gan Cao for Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency.

    Fu Ling (Poria) Promotes urination, leaches Dampness, strengthens Spleen, harmonises Middle Jiao. Combinations: With Bai Zhu to strengthen Spleen and resolve Dampness.

    Chen Pi (Per. Citri Reticulatae) Regulates Qi, adjusts Middle, relieves diaphragm, descends Qi, dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm.
